I have purchased my Hyundai vehicles since 2006 from Richmond Hill Hyundai as the Santa Fe is a great car. My 2017 was coming up for end of warranty and I was dealing with Anees (the General Manager) about issues on the car still covered. He laid out several different options for me and explained the cost impact of each. He was attentive, patient and truly empathetic. Very different from other car sales people as he wasn’t trying to nail down another sale.
I decided to pursue a new vehicle and was introduced to Max. Excellent customer service! He made sure all my needs were met and explained things to me in a very detailed manner. Post purchase he called a few weeks later to check in. Never had such attentive service by anyone at a dealership like this and was amazed.
Three months post lease of the car, I caught something in my tire and had to go back to Anees for help. Quick call to action, I got a call from Adam (the absolute BEST service advisor around!) and he got me an appointment same day. At each step of the process before, during and after, I had both Adam and Anees check in with me.
Amazed at how incredible the service at Richmond Hill Hyundai has improved. I’m sure this all thanks to Anees and how well he runs the dealership. I will remain a Hyundai owner but will most definitely remain a loyal client to Richmond Hill Hyundai.
